Personal Appearance
Each employee shall adhere to the dress code of Samaritan and exercise professionalism in dress. Each employee will be provided with a Samaritan identification badge consisting of name, title and photo. Employees must adhere to the following guidelines:

Scrubs are preferred – no jeans, sweats or shorts

No crop tops, tank tops, low-cut or tight-fitting shirts

No open-toed shoes, sandals, or flip-flops

Hair must be neat, clean and tied back from face

No excessive jewelry, dangling earrings, or other piercings

Tattoos must be covered

No excess perfume or tobacco smells

Fingernails must be kept short, artificial nails are not allowed

Name badges must be worn
