Incidents & Emergencies
The safety of the client and Samaritan employees is the highest priority. In all emergency situations, contacting emergency services (“911”) is the first call to be made, then a call to Samaritan office (216-245-8310) should be made so an administrative staff member can contact the client’s emergency contact and other parties, as needed. Samaritan administrative staff will notify all necessary person or entities, as needed.

Always notify office when incident occurs
Incident Report must be completed within 24 hours
Be as detailed as possible when completing report
